To start, thank you.
Thank you for reading this and checking out this page.
This post is my 100th post on this blog.
Obviously, not all of the posts are winners, some of them are chapters for a web novel or even short stories. Some are even advertisements for my own stuff. But, that doesn’t matter.
Today, I want to take a trip back and have a look at the timeline of this blog.
So, let’s just jump into it.
16th of February 2019 was my first post. It was a welcome post. It was simple and just explained what I planned for this blog. It was originally a place to post stories, but that quickly changed. Originally, I was going to post all my stories on another blog, one that was run by me and a few friends, but I knew how much I would end up posting and wanting to move it to a personal place.
And, on the 19th of February 2019, I released my first short story.
I’ve spoken about the short stories themselves in other posts, so if you wish to find out about that, check out here:

8th of March 2019 was the release of Continuous School. The first several chapters were uploaded to this blog, and uploaded every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with Gang Wars (another web novel) being updated every Saturday.
3rd of June 2019, Gang Wars was cancelled after 5/6 chapters and a long hiatus. There are still plans to bring it back, but change it up A LOT. Who knows what will happen with that series.
12th of June 2019, Continuous School gets moved to Web Novel. It was a huge change for this blog, as Continuous School was the main thing of the blog. With Continuous School gone, I needed to find something else to post about.
Which led to a break until the 16th of October 2019. I returned with an old chapter from an old short story and decided to release it, but this blog would quickly re-enter hiatus until the end of the year.
31st of December 2019. The new year meant a new short story type thing. But, once again, after that short story, another short hiatus arrived, whilst I tried to figure out what I should do with this blog.
8th of February 2020. I decided to revamp this blog, turning it into the place you know today. I write what I want, with no real goal on each post. Each post is different and I try to just write whatever I want to talk about.
Reviews and thoughts of my own work were what came first. I spoke about the process of writing my web novels and short stories. And on February 27th 2020, my first review was released, of Love Live! School Idol Festival All-Stars.
I tried to keep writing consistently, with a post every week and the occasional break, and I did well.
And on March 28th came a post I’m not too keen on, my review of the 22/7 anime. It’s a post I want to redo, but I don’t have the motivation to rewatch the anime. It’s a post that I think is a good indicator of how not to write a review, but also a good show of how far I’ve come. But moving on.
I continued posting, but the gaps between posts grew, and on June 9th, I took another long break.
I’d return on August 22nd 2020. Covid had caused me to be stuck inside and trying all sorts. Getting back into this blog was one of them. That was when I decided to do a weekly post until the end of the year.
Each week I spoke about random things. I spoke about my Podcast, the game I was working on, my novels, even a new short story or two. I spoke about my university dissertation as well as my fears and worries about life in general. I tried to speak from my heart, hoping others could relate and find out a bit about themselves.
At the end of 2020, things slowed down again.
There was an inconsistent post in 2021 every now and then, until May 2021.
May 2021 was when I restarted my weekly posts.
These weekly posts are a bit difficult to keep up at times, primarily because I have so little to speak about. I wouldn’t even have anything for this week if it wasn’t for it being the 100th post.
And that’s the present day. If you are reading this in the future, then who knows what number post I’m on.
But, this brings me to a serious topic. This blog is hard to keep up with. I do try and keep the weekly posts, but this place isn’t the best way to keep up with things.
The last few posts, primarily this one and ‘Different Opinions’ and ‘A World of 7 Billion’ were all written whilst I was drunk. That’s not to say I’m an alcoholic, I have written these posts after returning from a night out with friends, I rarely drink if I don’t have a reason to. And writing them, I realized just how much I was struggling with creating these posts. Trying to keep up with Live Streaming, YouTube Videos, Blender Renders, Writing Web Novels, Writing Novels. It’s all a little overwhelming.
Those posts would never have existed if I wasn’t drunk, and I would have just taken a break, but I wanted to put out something. I felt as if, due to current personal situations, I had to put out something.
I’ve spoken in previous updates, that this was one of the things I would cut off if I needed to. And, I’m going to be doing it again.
My reasons for bringing this blog back are the same as to why I tried to keep it going, but it’s starting to become ‘unenjoyable’ and I don’t want to lose what I have for this blog.
I will be posting less and less regularly, but I will try not to forget. The next time I return, there won’t be an update, there will just be a post, and then I’ll vanish again. Maybe you’ll get another post, and then I’ll be gone after that.
This blog is what started my journey into where I am today, and I won’t be leaving it behind any time soon. I just need a break from it.
But of course, just because I’m not on this blog, doesn’t mean I’m doing nothing.
Down below, and somewhere on this blog, you’ll find links to my YouTube, Twitch, Ko-fi, Twitter, Novels and more. If you truly wish to stay up to date with me, my Twitter is the perfect place. Everything I do goes through Twitter. Any new things I do, Twitter is the first place I announce it.
I have a few posts that will come out on this blog in the future, but for now, this is it. There is the possibility of a quicker return, but it comes down to ideas. So, if you have anything you want me to talk about, let me know in the comments.
So, with this brief look back on my blog, I thank you again. Thank you for reading, thank you for supporting this blog.
I’ll still be around, just probably not here.
